Biography: Mr. Santiago is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico, and is licensed by the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico as Public Notary. He is also a Certified Public Accountant, admitted by the Puerto Rico Board of Accountancy to practice Public Accounting in Puerto Rico. He had senior management experience with Telecommunications Conglomerate, several Board Appointments as Director and Chief Financial Officer (2001-2007); extensive experience in new Venture business implementations, Health Care, Telecommunications and System Solutions Accountancy. He is the founder and principal of Santiago-Miranda CPA Group, P.S.C., a Business Advisory and Public Accountancy firm. Mr. Santiago is presently completing his LLM Degree in International Law in Taxation and Financial Services.
